Where We Ship From
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Zaandam, the Netherlands. We use PostNL and DHL eCommerce for all deliveries.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the PostNL or DHL eCommerce website.
Special Notes
- Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. If your order falls into a higher weight bracket, the applicable rate will be applied at checkout.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or peak periods.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors outside our control.
